Alchemie Labs started with a drive from the founder, Michael Waszczak, to bring high quality chemicals using his 15 years of hands-on experience. He started his career leveraging expertise in quality control applied to the food industry. During that time, he learned the importance of meticulously monitoring product quality. Michael also learned on the go how to repair machinery, which helps Alchemie Labs operate smoothly at all times.

Focus On Safety

After his time focusing on quality control in large-scale food production, Michael started his first business in construction. Within the construction field, safety is paramount. Any worksite hazards can lead to fines and serious injuries. By running his own construction business, he learned to keep his team safe while operating a profitable business.

Eventually, these experiences lead to Michael working in the converting industry as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer. Within the converting industry, Michael learned how businesses turned raw materials into goods efficiently and profitably. He figured out that this required two major components.
