The Alchemie Labs Story
Alchemie Labs started with a drive from the founder, Michael Waszczak, to bring high quality chemicals using his 15 years of hands-on experience. He started his career leveraging expertise in quality control applied to the food industry. During that time, he learned the importance of meticulously monitoring product quality. Michael also learned on the go how to repair machinery, which helps Alchemie Labs operate smoothly at all times.
Focus On Safety
After his time focusing on quality control in large-scale food production, Michael started his first business in construction. Within the construction field, safety is paramount. Any worksite hazards can lead to fines and serious injuries. By running his own construction business, he learned to keep his team safe while operating a profitable business.
Turning Raw Materials Into Profit
Eventually, these experiences lead to Michael working in the converting industry as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer. Within the converting industry, Michael learned how businesses turned raw materials into goods efficiently and profitably. He figured out that this required two major components.
Minimize Waste And Provide High Quality Products
First, companies need to minimize waste as much as possible. The thin margins in the converting industry require a near-zero waste working environment, with recycling a top priority. Second, companies need to ensure every product that leaves their facilities offers the quality their clients expect.
Alchemie Labs Brings It All Together
Throughout Michael’s career, he developed the skills and talents needed to operate a chemical mixing and dispensing facility that consistently delivers high quality chemicals at competitive rates. He learned to manage and maintain chemical stock, ensure a safe working environment, maintain necessary equipment, and deliver exceptional products that extended industry standards. Alchemie Labs takes these lessons to deliver the high quality chemicals you need at prices you cannot beat, while continuing to expand into more categories.
